Making it “Simple” by accepting Purchase Orders

We know how busy school educators and administrators are, that’s why we streamlined the purchase order process. It’s Simple to place an order using your school purchase order. Basically, all you need to do is…

1. Customize the designs by selecting colors to match your school colors or decor.
2. Add the design to a shopping cart in a size that will fit your space.
3. Once you have added all items to cart, go to checkout and select “Checkout via Purchase Order” at bottom of the page (green button) by following prompts we will email you all the details. OR 2. Contact us with your email or account name so we can locate your prepared shopping cart and we will send you a detailed receipt for requesting purchase order approval. We will also send you our Tax ID (W9). which is required by most schools to process the purchase order and know whom to make final payment to (unless you have worked with us in the past in which case your school should already have it.
4. Use the detailed receipt to submit with your schools purchase order request process. Make sure to include either the detailed receipt or the shopping cart order number so we have details about your order.
5. Once you have approval, simply email or fax it to us and we will process your order. You can email us at: schools@thesimplestencil.com . Make sure you get an email acknowledging we received and approved your PO, always within 1 business day. Once we receive the approved purchase order, it will go to production and ship within our current production time. Our production time is normally 3-5 business days but sometimes longer during busy back to school or holiday seasons. Please note that we will not process your order, and you will not be obligated to purchase until we receive your approved purchase order and we have sent it to production. If your order is not approved, we will not process the order but please let us know if we can help with your approval process in any way.

Sales Tax Info

****Schools located in Florida only – We do not charge sales tax to any states outside of our home state of Florida. If you are located in Florida, we will need you to submit your school tax exemption form to us so we can remove the sales tax from your order. You can use our contact page or chat with a rep to upload your form if necessary.
